The hotel features 2 restaurants; the first one is Le Bistrot de la Tour. Open only for lunch, it offers a daily buffet and dish of the day in an informal French brewery setting. The second is L'Arc en Ciel. This fine-dining panoramic restaurant overlooks the Rhone and historic city centre and offers creative cuisine successfully blending colours and flavours and making the most of the best seasonal and regional products. It is advised to make a reservation in advance.
