The one-Michelin star restaurant Les 3 Dômes offers gorgeous panoramic views of the Rhone River and the city. It serves traditional and regional gourmet cuisine. It is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:30 to 21:30 Tuesday to Saturday. It will be closed from 27 July to 25 August 2008. The brasserie, Le Sofishop, offers an extensive selection of meals from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:30 to 23:30 every day. The bar, le Melhor, is located on the 8th floor of the hotel. It offers panoramic view of the city and the Rhone River. It is open from 12:00 to 00:30.
